WeCan.org.au is a supportive care website designed for people affected by cancer. It is a “one-stop-shop” that navigates people, no matter where they live, to the information, resources and support services they may need following a diagnosis of cancer.
WeCan offers health care professionals an invaluable resource to navigate patients and families to reputable, evidence-informed information, resources and support services, no matter where they work or where their patients live.
The website has been developed following comprehensive consultation with Victorian consumers, multidisciplinary cancer specialists, advocacy, non-government and not for profit organisations, researchers and policy advisors.
The WeCan initiative was funded by the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services.
